Lecompte Pommeau is produced in the geographical area bounded by the INAO) and 30% of the AOC Calvados Pays d'Auge. In order to combine the delicate aromas of apple with the richness of Pays d'Auge, Calvados, is between 18 and 24 months in large casks for preserving fruit as long as they get a touch of oak. Tasting Notes: Color reddish amber. Aromas of ripe apple, undergrowth notes with touches of apple loft. On the palate, fruity, candied apples and fig jam, prunes, dried fruits and honey. Long finish.
