Michel Torino Altimus. Its Latin name "Altimus" means the highest honor the altitude of the vineyards from which the Valle de Cafayate (Salta, Argentina).
Made from the grape varieties of 40% Malbec, 20% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon and 20% Bonarda. In his wine is used the first juice that is obtained from the natural pressure that occurs during harvest boxes. Aged for 18 months in French oak barrels.
Grade: 13.5% vol.
Tasting Notes: Dark cherry red color with violet hues and hues. Aromas of cherry and plum with notes of walnut, vanilla and chocolate, with hints of spices such as anise. In the mouth, flavors of ripe plums, raisins, black fruits balancing Bonarda. Long and creamy.
