Dinastia Vivanco Crianza is a red wine made from 100% Tempranillo variety from Briones vineyards, Rioja Alta. After the harvest, all the grapes go through a quality control through a double selection table grapes and grains. After gentle crushing, the must is encuba gravity in small French oak vats where fermentation and maceration in contact with the skins at a maximum temperature controlled at 28°C, receiving light pumping for 20 days, with maximum respect the natural conditions of the grape , seeking to express the personality of the terroir from which it comes. Aged for 16 months in barrels of French and American oak, with periodic racking and a minimum of 6 months in bottle. Alcohol: 13.5% vol. Tasting notes: Bright cherry color. Aromas of red fruit, licorice, with presence of toasty, vanilla, smoke, spices and herbs. The palate is expressive, elegant and fruity step and a lingering finish.
