Vallobera Crianza wine is a red wine, made from 100% Tempranillo grapes from vineyards of the Rioja region in D.O.Ca. Rioja. After the harvest the grapes are you translate to the winery, where the grapes, cold macerated for 21 days. After a soft pressing, initiate alcoholic fermentation for 7-10 days with daily pumping. Aged for 14 months in barrels of American and French oak. Alcohol: 13% vol. Tasting notes: Cherry red with purple, clear and bright hues. On the nose aromas of fruit and projecting flores.En mouth is balanced, structured, powerful. Long and balanced aftertaste, full of primary aromas which has hints of licorice. The Wine Advocate gave it 87 point Parker." The Vallobera Crianza 2012 is surprisingly fruity, it even smells of fresh grapes, Moscatel-like and some floral tones. It's a blend of Tempranillo and 5% Garnacha. The palate is also young and fruit-driven with juicy fruit and some tannins that would benefit from having it with food. 250,000 bottles."
