Mather Teresina is a dry red wine, from a selection of old vines, aged between 35 and 60 years of grape varieties 15% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Syrah, 20% Grenache, 15% Tempranillo, 20% Merlot and Morenillo vineyards of the D.O. Terra Alta. Harvest in late September and early October. Traditional Winemaking raising between 18 and 26 months in French oak barrels (85%) and American new. Alcohol: 14.5% vol. Tasting Notes: Intense garnet cherry color, very cloudy. Nose to smoky, mineral, balsamic, creamy oak notes, candied notes and very ripe black fruit. The palate is powerful, deep, round, meaty and fatty and sweet tannins with excellent breeding expression. Notes of licorice and excellent acidity. Long aftertaste.
