  • Embruix from Vall Llach is a red wine that pairs well with  stews, pies, grilled meats, Roasted red meats, roasts, cheeses, beef in sauce. Serving Temperature: between 17ºC and 18ºC.

  • Embruix is a wine made from the juice of young plantations between 6 and 12 years, grape varieties 30% Grenache, 30% Carignan, 17% Syrah, 13% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Merlot, the DOQ Priorat. After the harvest the grapes are transported to the winery for stemming and crushing and fermentation begins to execute in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature between 25 º C and 29 º C for 17 days with daily punching down. 12-day post-fermentation maceration followed by gentle pressing. The malolactic fermentation was 50% in stainless steel tanks and 50% in oak. Aged for 14 months in oak barrels of second and third wine of medium toast French oak and fine grained light with two racking. Bottled in September. Alcohol: 15.3% vol. Tasting notes: Deep cherry color icing. Intense aromas with toasted oak that dominates over the fruit. The palate is medium bodied with good acidity, fruity and right end.
