Honorable is a red wine from Bodegas Gomez Cruzado made from a blend of grape varieties from La Rioja. Tempranillo from one of its oldest vineyards, along with others such as Garnacha, Graciano, Mazuelo and Viura, from plots located in the Western Rioja, on sunny slopes of the Sierra Cantabria, facing south or southeast in the D.O.Ca. Rioja, cultivated on clay-calcareous soils, poor and with p "lastras" of calcareous rock in the deepest zones. Manual harvest in small boxes, with selection of bunches, traditional winemaking that begins with 4 days of cold pre-fermentation maceration, with daily overruns and delestage, followed by malolactic fermentation in new French oak barrels, where it remains for 18 months. The characteristics are shown in its tasting through the aromas of the terroir, the faithful expression of the Rioja Alta and Rioja Alavesa vineyards.
