Moscato Rose Amatista is a rosé wine made ??from the grape varieties Muscat of Alexandria and Grenache, grown in the D.O. Valencia. Natural winemaking, which begins with the manual harvest, and immediately transferred to the winery where the grapes receive a squeezed light and cold maceration to extract the aromas of the variety and get the must, after gently breaking point. Fermentation takes place cold at a controlled temperature of 16°C in autoclaves (special tanks), where the CO2 produced during fermentation is dissolved naturally, retaining the aromas. Alcohol: 5% vol.
Tasting notes: Pale pink color with reflections cardinals. The nose displays a varietal aroma with floral notes and berries. Stresses also a creamy flavor and envelope, which in turn fueling and refresh the sweet sensation of its low alcoholic strength, exalt and accentuate its floral notes and varietals.
