Michel Torino Ciclos Blanc is a white wine that is named in honor of the microclimate and dual Cafayate Valley (Salta, Argentina), characterized by cool nights and mornings with sunny days. Made from the Sauvignon Blanc grape variety. Aged for 8 months in oak barrels. Alcohol: 11.8% vol.
Tasting notes: Straw yellow and green edges. On the nose, perfumed with aromas of citrus and grapefruit, which is extended with an explosion of flowers with a hint of vanilla. On the palate, ripe fruit contributes to a full round on the palate, while the oak gives the wine a creamy character. The excellent natural acidity provides balance, a fine structure and a clean finish.
