Anahi Blanco is a young white wine dedicated to Ana Isabel, the mother of Javier San Pedro Ortega, of the fifth generation of Bodegas Vallobera. It is made from grape varieties Tempranillo Blanco, Malvasia and Sauvignon Blanc, from vineyards of the D.O.Ca. Rioja. After the harvest the grapes are you translate to the winery, the grapes are de-stemmed and pass deposits, where the fermentation of each variety separately begin.
