  • Capellania is a white wine made with grapes of terroir, in a vineyard of 50 years old, of the variety Viura, located in the highest part of the farm Ygay, which belongs to the Rioja wine area. Harvesting is done by hand in late September. On arrival at the winery the grapes are de-stemmed and lightly crushed. Then the grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks with temperature control. Traditional wine aged for 17 months in new oak barrels French Bordeaux. Alcohol: 13.5% vol.

  • The international wine guide, The Wine Advocate, gave to this wine, 92+ points Parker. 39.000 botellas.."
