Tomas Postigo white fermented in white wine barrel of the Land of Castile and Leon, of grape Verdejo cultivated vineyards cultivated (100%), comes from a selection between the vineyards planted in free standing, located in the area of Nieva (Segovia). Manual harvest, in boxes of 10 kilos, mid to late September, and selection of grains at table upon arrival at the winery. In their vinification, they use artisanal and natural methods, such as the movements of grape and must by gravity, pressed in vertical press and fermented in new French oak barrels. 8 months in new French oak barrels, with periodic batoneos in the same barrels. It is bottled in June, with a production of 8,525 bottles of 0.75 liters and 300 bottles of 1.5 liters. In the wine tasting it is shown in a high layer of golden color, clean, bright, dense and with abundant tears; complex aromas of white and ripe fruit, floral notes, nuts and spices of your stay in wood, well integrated; in the mouth unctuous, balanced acidity with enveloping tannins, good freshness, laro and persistent.
